PillPack carries a variety of vitamins and over-the-counter (OTC) medications that can be added to a packet set or requested to ship in bulk. 

How to check availability

Available vitamins and OTCs can be viewed in your dashboard, under the “Medications” tab. To search for what's available, select the “+Add” icon and then select “Add a vitamin or OTC”. Next, search by keyword or vitamin name to see if we carry what you're looking for. 

When a vitamin or OTC isn't available

If you search for a vitamin or OTC and it isn't available, you can contact us and request that we start carrying it. While we can't guarantee we'll carry a particular vitamin or OTC, we do appreciate these requests and value feedback about new products you'd like to see us offer. 

Brand- or manufacturer-specific vitamins and OTCs

Because the availability and formulation of vitamins and OTCs can change frequently, we can't guarantee you'll get a brand- or manufacturer-specific vitamin or OTC. If a vitamin or OTC becomes unavailable and can't be included in your upcoming order, a Customer Care representative will notify you. You'll have the option—through your dashboard—to pick an alternative vitamin or OTC that can instead be included in your upcoming order.
