As of April 2023, PillPack by Amazon Pharmacy will no longer be able to obtain various over-the-counter supplements. The pharmacy wholesaler who supplies us with medications no longer carries specific products and as a result, your supplement or over-the-counter product may be affected by this change.
If your supplement or over-the-counter product was affected by this change, PillPack by Amazon Pharmacy will notify you in advance by email. If you were impacted, you may also notice that the supplement will not be visible on your customer dashboard or available to order. We do have options to assist you through this change, which include the following:
- Select an alternative supplement on your customer dashboard
- Obtain the product through Amazon.com
- Obtain the product through your local Pharmacy or another entity
If you are unsure about which supplement to add, we do have Pharmacists available 24/7 to discuss alternative products.

Additional considerations
If any changes occur to your medications including supplements, please inform your doctor so they have an up to date medication list for you.
