If I have multiple strengths of my GLP-1 prescription on file, which one should I fill?
Glucagon-like Peptide 1 (GLP-1) Medications (e.g. Zepbound, Mounjaro, Trulicity, Wegovy, Ozempic, etc.) come in multiple strengths and are prescribed to to be taken from lowest to highest dose in order. It's important to take this medication in the order it is prescribed. If this medication is taken out of order, this may increase the likelihood of side effects. Please verify that you are selecting the prescription with the correct dose and if unsure, check with your prescriber before requesting the medication.
Our Customer Care Representatives do not have additional information on your prescription or this update.
