After you sign up for PillPack by Amazon Pharmacy, we verify your insurance and reach out to your doctors and previous pharmacies to gather your prescriptions. From there, we'll organize your medications into a monthly refill schedule.

Because we reach out to your prescribers first, we ask that you please tell your doctors that PillPack by Amazon Pharmacy is your preferred pharmacy — that way they'll be expecting us. They can call or electronically prescribe your prescriptions to us directly:
