There’s no cost for using our service and PillPack customers never pay for shipping. As a PillPack customer, here's what you will pay for:

30-day copays

We're contracted with most major insurance plans — and we fill prescriptions on a monthly cycle. Your copays are determined by your insurance, and can vary widely depending on what type of plan you have. 

Because of the complexity of copays, it's hard for us to offer an accurate price quote until we can run a real insurance check for you. However, we are happy to offer a cost summary prior to sending your first shipment if you request it. To request a cost summary, please contact us.

Low out-of-pocket costs

If you pay for your medications out-of-pocket, we'll apply any discounts we can find to help you find the best price. We also accept most manufacturer's coupons.

Retail price for non-prescription meds

You can add non-prescription vitamins and over-the-counter medications (OTCs) directly from your online account for regular retail price. Learn how to add vitamins and OTC's
