Once you've verified your email address, you can access your online account on any device at app.pillpack.com. Within your account, you can view and manage:
Your medication info
- View your current medication list and contents of each packet
- Pause medications or request an as-needed shipment
- Order vitamins or over-the-counter medications (OTCs)
Your payment and insurance details
- Change your payment method
- Update your insurance or add secondary insurance
- View or download your payment history
Your shipping schedule
- Track orders that have shipped
- Change your shipping address
- See a calendar view of your past and future shipments

Password Requirements
- Password must be 8 or more characters
- Password must contain 3 of 4 categories (upper case, lower cases, number, and a special character)
- Password must not contain the username, repetitive, or sequential characters (examples: AAa12345678, 111iiiMM)
- Cannot be commonly used passwords (example: Pas$w0rd)
