We’ll ship you a new PillPack every month. If you have other medications or pharmacy items that are delivered on a monthly basis, they'll be included in the box along with your daily packets.
We deliver your medications in a discreet box with no pharmacy markings. We also use tamper-proof seals for added security.
Where we ship
We deliver medications to physical addresses anywhere in the continental US. We are currently unable to ship to Hawaii or Puerto Rico, and we cannot send to P.O. boxes.
Tracking your shipment
We ship your medication via FedEx, UPS, or USPS before your PillPack is scheduled to start to ensure they reach you in time. Once your order has shipped, we'll email and text you the tracking link.
You can also access tracking info from your online account:
- In the 'Shipments' block, select 'Track Package'
- This will take you to the tracking page for UPS, FedEx, or USPS
Please note: If you have a mail carrier preference, let us know. For example, if UPS or FedEx has trouble delivering to your address, we can make sure to use other options for you.
If your medication requires refrigeration, it will be shipped separately from your PillPack. This is because we use temperature-safe packaging and expedited shipping.
If you prefer, we’re happy to require a signature upon delivery — please contact us and we'll be happy to get you set up. Or we can ship to an alternative address, like your workplace, which you can designate in your online account:
- Select 'Account settings' from the top right corner of the screen
- Within the 'Shipping Address' block, select 'Add Address'
- Enter your information and click 'Next'
- Select 'Ship to this address'
