Updating your address
You can add a new shipping address or change your preferred address in your online account — or you can contact us and we'll be happy to make the change for you.
- Select 'Account settings' from the top right corner of the screen
- Select 'Shipping Address' from the menu options
- Select 'Add new address'
- Enter your information and click 'Add address'
- Select 'Set as default'
Planning for travel
If you’re going out of town, let us know the dates you’ll be traveling. We’re happy to coordinate with your insurance plan to send a vacation supply in advance. For extended trips within the continental US, we'll be happy to send your orders to an alternative address.
If you'll be out of the country for more than a month, please let us know at least 2 weeks ahead. Often we can work with your doctors and insurance to supply you with several months of medication in bottles. At this time, we're unable to deliver extended travel supply in packets.
Because we always want you to have the medication you need, our pharmacy team monitors extreme conditions throughout the country, such as hurricanes and wildfires. We'll proactively reach out to you and coordinate around your evacuation plans, if necessary.
