Pausing your prescription and non-prescription medications
Pausing a medication means you will not receive it in your future shipments until you resume it. A medication cannot be paused if it is included in shipment that is already in process. You can pause a medication from your online account by following these steps:

Select 'Medications' from the main menu
- Click on the name of the medication you want to pause
- Click the 'Autoship is on' option on the right side of the page
- Click 'confirm'
- If a medication is not eligible to be paused, you will be alerted, and will need to return to your dashboard to pause the medication for future shipments.
Resuming your prescription and non-prescription medications
Just as you can pause a medication, you can also resume a medication from your online account. As long as you have valid refills remaining, we can easily add it into your future shipments.
If you need a resumed medication sooner, please contact us and we can send you an interim supply in a bottle right away. Resuming a medication will not add it to a shipment currently in process.
- Select 'Medications' from the main menu
- Click on 'Resume auto-refill' under the name of the medication you want to resume
If you don't have any valid refills, your medication will not show up on your online account. Please contact us and we can reach out to your prescriber to request a new prescription, or you can reach out to your prescriber directly to expedite this process.Once we receive the prescription, we'll check with your insurance and add it into your next available shipment.
Pausing your full med list
If you pause all medications in your account, we will not send any further shipments until you resume at least one. If you have a shipment currently in process, the medication(s) will not be eligible to be paused. In this case, you will be alerted, and will need to return to your dashboard to pause the medication(s) for future shipments.You can leave your account paused for as long as you like, and resume anytime. If you'd like to cancel your account, please contact us.
Please note: If your prescriber sends us a new prescription while the rest of your meds are paused, we'll fill it for you. We won't restart any of your paused medications. We'll just send the new one unless we hear otherwise from you.
