Email is the primary way we keep you updated about your account. It’s a good idea to add hello@pillpack.com to your address book, so our updates reach your inbox.
Reasons we'll reach out
We’ll automatically email you:
- To review the contents of your upcoming order
- To share tracking info when your order ships
- If we have trouble processing your payment
- If we need your help to get a refill
Occasionally, we might also reach out via email to learn about your experience as a customer or to inform you about any product updates.
Medication details in your emails
If you'd like to receive medication details in your emails, please be sure to verify your email address. We send you a confirmation email when you first sign up. If you're already a customer, please search for emails from hello@pillpack.com if you don't see it in your inbox (you may need to check your spam folder). Or you can contact us and we'll be happy to send you a new confirmation email.
If you don't want medication details to show up in your emails, you can refrain from verifying your email — or you can make that selection in your online account:
- Select 'Account' from the top right corner of the screen
- Choose 'Contact Preferences' from the account menu
- Within 'Contact Preferences', you'll see an option to hide or show medication names in summary email
Text messages
We can send you text message notifications as well as email, if that's something you prefer. You can opt into text message communications anytime through your online account:
- Select 'Account settings' from the top right corner of the screen
- Choose 'Contact Preferences' from the account menu
-
Within 'Contact Preferences', you'll see an option to turn text messages on or off
